1. What Is Consumer Health Data

Consumer health data means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an individual and relates to past, present, or future physical or mental health status.

Within AgainAbility, this may include rehabilitation-related motion analysis results, self-reported functional information, and performance metrics derived from video-based movement tracking.

2. Consumer Health Data We Collect

• Motion session scores and functional performance metrics
• Self-reported health or rehabilitation information
• Video, image, and audio recordings used for motion analysis
• Derived movement landmarks and joint-angle calculations
• Leaderboard participation data (if enabled)

3. Sources of Consumer Health Data

We collect consumer health data directly from you when you:

• Record motion sessions using your device camera
• Enter health-related information
• Choose to participate in leaderboard features
• Share data with clinicians or caregivers

4. How We Use Consumer Health Data

• Provide AI-based motion evaluation
• Generate functional performance scores
• Enable voluntary leaderboard rankings
• Improve system accuracy and reliability
• Ensure platform security and compliance

5. Biometric Identification Statement

AgainAbility does not perform facial recognition, identity matching, or biometric identification. Motion landmarks and body-tracking data are used solely to calculate functional performance metrics.

6. Sharing of Consumer Health Data

We do not sell consumer health data.

• With service providers supporting hosting or processing
• When required by applicable law

7. Data Retention

Consumer health data is retained while your account is active unless deletion is requested. Raw videos may be retained for operational and troubleshooting purposes and may be periodically deleted in accordance with internal retention policies.

• Request deletion of your consumer health data
