THIS NOTICE DESCRIBES HOW HEALTH-RELATED INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE THROUGH AGAINABILITY MAY BE USED AND DISCLOSED, AND HOW YOU CAN ACCESS THAT INFORMATION.
Important: AgainAbility is a digital rehabilitation support platform operated by EpicWide. AgainAbility is not a medical provider, not a covered entity under HIPAA, and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
1. About This Notice
This Notice explains how AgainAbility may use and disclose health-related information that you provide or generate through platform features, including motion tracking sessions, rehabilitation metrics, and user communications.
2. Health-Related Information We Process
- Motion session recordings (video and/or images)
- AI-generated movement scores and functional metrics
- Self-reported rehabilitation information
- Messages shared with caregivers or clinicians (if enabled)
We do not perform facial recognition or biometric identity matching. Motion tracking data is used solely to calculate performance metrics.
3. How We Use Health-Related Information
A) Platform Functionality
To generate motion analysis results, provide session history, and enable voluntary leaderboard participation.
B) Operations and Security
For system maintenance, quality improvement, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and compliance.
C) De-Identified Analytics
We may use aggregated or de-identified data for research and service improvement.
D) Legal Compliance
When required by law or to respond to lawful requests.
4. Sharing of Health-Related Information
We do not sell health-related information.
